How many calls are possible in parallel?
There are no restrictions on the number of parallel calls. Our platform scales so that calls can be made in parallel at any time. Technically, up to 300 calls are possible at the same time. When this peak load is reached, the caller is placed on hold — similar to a hotline, until the next free line is available.
