Update #041
What's new
- Manufacturer-specific radiators can be added within a room. Compact and flat radiators from Kermi are available at the start.
- In the technical feasibility analysis, there is a new tab for electrical engineering.
- New building: Among the age group of a building, a new building can be selected which will no longer make mandatory values such as current heating or consumption values mandatory.
- In addition to an offer, a supply and service contract can also be drawn up on the project overview. The generated file can then be downloaded as a PDF file.
- When generating the heat pump report, it is once again asked specifically which spreads (in K) should be included in the report.
- If the type of floor heating has been added as RTL (box/valve), you will no longer be asked for an inventory list, which you can add as with all other heating surfaces.
- AR simulation: Other models from the manufacturer Wolf and Lambda are available.
Bugs fixed
Improvements
- We have improved the synchronization of collected data between the technical feasibility analysis and room-wise building data, so that values are automatically updated should a value change in one of the two queries.
- The project status was separated from the status of room-wise building data. Previously, the project status was also set to completed as soon as the status of the room-by-room building data was changed to completed. This was always the case when a report was created for room-by-room building data.
- Values for window and door frames are mandatory, provided that an area of the two objects has been specified.
- The display of the project page has been improved for mobile view.
- If the length of a roof area is specified, then the height of the roof area is also mandatory from now on.
- The project overview in the main menu has been further optimized for mobile view; the navigation in particular is now available as a dropdown.
- In the customer portal, we have increased the distance between the logo and the object selection.

- If, when installing heat pumps, a system was not saved but a new search was started, some values could not be changed or corrected.
- If “other systems” were selected for heating drinking water, a value was still deducted from the heating load. We have corrected this. In other systems, no value is deducted from the heat load without specification.
Improvements
- If you used dark mode on your iPhone/iPad, the values and lines in the 2D floor plans were not displayed. The system now automatically recognizes what is being used and makes the correct color selection so that you can always see the values clearly.
- Pictures that were added during the technical feasibility check under “Breakthrough point” could not be deleted, we have added this.
- In the case of the product system, pictures are only mandatory for the heat pump.

- The project status can be changed at three stages: In Processing, Completed, and Archived.
- In the overview, projects can be filtered by: in process, completed and archived.
- The order value can be added to. As soon as the first offer has been added, the order value is taken over. However, this only happens with the first offer; all remaining values must be adjusted manually.
Bugs fixed
- The presentation of the pdf for the heat pump check had minor problems, which is why illustrations were not displayed correctly and the page number of the last page was not displayed.
- During the registration process, some steps could be skipped, such as creating contact information for your company.
Improvements
- During the funding review and funding application, it is no longer just the year the current heating system was put into operation, but also the exact date, as the climate speed bonus is only granted 20 years after commissioning. The time of application is always relevant for this.
- We have expanded the product database to include Weishaupt WSB/Split systems in various performance classes, as well as the Aeroblock.
- If the height of the roof slope has been added to different walls in a room, the system adds up the values and then transfers them to the system.

Update #034
What's new
- KfW Förderung 458 — you have already received a newsletter from us, with an overview of all options. Here are some features we've developed:
- Checklists for you and your end customer to make the process as easy as possible
- Funding audit: In just a few minutes, find out for your customer how much funding they can expect. The test can be repeated as often as desired. The result gives an initial assessment of how much funding you can expect (no liability).
- Funding application: You commission autarc to provide funding assistance. We prepare all documents such as BzA, BnD, VdZ and check all documents that you upload so that your customer also receives funding.
- Funding guarantee: As soon as the BzA has been created, you will also receive our funding guarantee.
- Color separation of walls in 3D scanning: Exterior walls and unheated interior walls are divided into two different purple colors.
Bugs fixed
Improvements
- When looking at the scan, the selection function between floor and room views was via the right navigation bar.
- Eclipse 300: We have expanded hydraulic balancing with the Heimeier Eclipse 300 valve under planning.
- Using our API interface, you can automatically upload or download documents such as offers or images about your project.

Update #033
What's new
- As soon as a new version of the heat pump report has been downloaded, it is also saved under Documents. In this way, you can also trace an older status of the project at a later stage.
- With the planning module, you can download your own project folder with all information on system temperature, heating surface optimization and hydraulic adjustment settings. The pdf. can be viewed directly in preview mode via the iPad/ iPhone app.
- When generating the heat pump report, decide whether you want to display the room-by-room heating load tables or not.
Bugs fixed
- If you activated or deactivated the availability of data collection for end customers under customer portal facilities, these were not displayed to your end customer for a few hours.
- The heat pump check did not display the colors of the progress bar for a few hours.
- Under lead requests, the table heading (customer, zip code, EEK, date) was sometimes displayed despite no leads.
Improvements
- The number of links in steel and cast iron radiators can be set to up to 100 links. Previously, the number was limited at a lower value.
- Notification button next to Setup on the home page to show whether a setup has already been fully completed or not. The button is shown in yellow as long as the setup is not yet complete.
- All links are stored under Setup > Explore so that you can be redirected to our external resources.
- The file of the generated VDZ form is provided with the customer's name and no longer with the project number.
- After you have created a customer, you will receive a visual confirmation from the green banner as soon as the creation has been successfully completed.

Update #032
What's new
- We have separated the setup of the heat pump check and customer portal so that you can make many new settings and make your customers' product experience even more personal. A few examples include:
- Start our live chat if you have any questions about the setup
- Separation of heat pump check and customer portal equipment
- Setting HEX colors for progress bar, buttons and the like
- Save your own pictures (max. 3 pieces)
- Copy entire floors to rebuild a building even faster. This allows you to create floors with the same layout even faster and copy all existing rooms on a floor to a new floor. The status of the rooms and all values are transferred one-to-one.
- Delete entire floors by simply clicking on the three dots in the room recording overview and deleting all rooms on a floor and the display of the floor from the overview and the project.
- When creating rooms in a project in which no rooms have been created so far, the input can now also be made via the gray box with the note “+ add room”, which appears whenever a project has not yet created any rooms at all.
- It is now also possible to record roof surfaces using the LiDAR scan. Both the length of the roof surface and the height of the drempel can be automatically derived from the 3D model. Only the height of the roof slope has to be measured individually. However, this can also be done directly in the overview of the 3D model. All data is then transferred cleanly to the project.
- Under Setting up the heat pump check, you can select that you do not want to display the legal notice to your customer.
Bugs fixed
- On the conveyor line, there were shadows on the navigation bar, which we removed again.
Improvements
- We have revised the options for webhooks so that not only reports but also data from new leads can be used.
- When creating new products, a floating bar appears at the top and bottom so that you can keep track of everything and save or close the system at any time.
- We have once again improved the process of downloading documents and generating PDF files. It should therefore be possible for all users to generate documents reliably. The download button appears a bit delayed, as when loading the page, we also prepare the document, which can then be downloaded.
- When installing new heating surfaces, we have adjusted the icons.
- Technical feasibility analysis: The comment field for the boiler room was previously hidden when concluding and reporting if the input was too long.

Update #031
What's new
- By clicking on an information article via the info icon, you automatically get to the corresponding article via the live chat.
Bugs fixed
- If you clicked on Actions in the project overview, the fonts were oversized.
- The project report was incorrectly formatted, so tables were cut off between pages.
- Hubspot leads were not synced for 2 days, we fixed the problem and then synchronized.
- In the feasibility analysis in the area of completion, the field for the pipe system was always cut off.
- If there were no lead requests, the table headings were still displayed.
Improvements
- When forwarding the heat pump check to a separate success page, a tracking success message can be sent (message to iFrame).
- The plan change banner only appears on the dashboard so that pages with an important button at the top are not covered. Once a banner has been closed, it will not appear again for a user.
- In the offer area, “BAFA” was mentioned, and we have removed this.
- When you log in via the login page, the border of the input field turns red, even if the entry was correct.

Update #030
What's new
- Your logo is included in the result email of the heat pump check to your end customer. We use your stored company logo for this purpose.
- You can deactivate the heat load calculation for all your customers in the customer portal so that it is not visible. The setting is carried out under Setup.
- We obtain the postal code from the geographical queries for the address. This means that the user does not have to enter the postal code twice when creating a project.

- The document upload under Projects appears in our new design. Important note: The generation of the VDZ form can be found under Funding -> Certificates.
- When installing heat pumps, you can use our database of eligible BAFA systems as a basis for transferring values. This means that you no longer have to import all values and data manually.
- Setting up an existing customer's project is now even easier by storing all of the customer's information directly. Simply go to Customers in the overview and choose add for projects.
- Automatic generation of project numbers according to the logic: “year” + “ascending number” (started at 000).
- Offers can be deleted or saved as drafts.
Bugs fixed
- Due to a change and improvement of privacy rights, some users were unable to see some of their projects in the overview.
- In some cases, lead requests were not reliably deleted.
- When you switch between our plans during the trial period, a plan is automatically activated.
- Changes to product information (including name, type, article number) have not changed anything.
- Changes to customer information were not accepted.
- The save button for the heat pump check was missing in the customer portal.
- Photos of the drain pipe appear in the Technical Feasibility Analysis Report.
Improvements

- Popup appears to ask for your confirmation before you irrevocably delete a product.
- The download button for the offers only appears as soon as the pdf. is fully charged.
- Spaces between the input fields of a new project and the associated customer have been adjusted.
- Redesign of the GDPR and SSL protection button on the last page of the heat pump check.
- The offer number is displayed on the start page of the offers.

- For new registrations since January 16, there was an error in the transfer of data from our billing system to our software, which led some customers to the payment table again and again.
- Die Reset password Email did not reach some users.
- In the VdZ form, the postal code was inserted instead of the street.
Improvements
- Flexible input of flow and return temperatures through our planning module. This takes into account spread and system temperature.
- Rights can be assigned to administrators and employees under Settings.
- Logout function for our iPhone app.
- If not completed, discount and funding fields are no longer displayed with the offer.

- Basement depth: For cellars, you can now specify the percentage basement depth. As a result, the part of the cellar wall that borders the ground is calculated with a temperature correction factor (Fx) of 0.3 instead of the outer wall Fx of 1.0.

Update #004
What's new
- Download the report as a PDF
- When generating a new project, a VdZ supporting document is now stored instead of the previous sample document.
- Pop-up to the manufacturer's inquiry, which will enable us to improve our suggestions for heat pump devices in the future.
- Notes function under a project.
Bugs fixed
- The full hours of use have not always been 100% correct so far.
- If the roof slope was set back to No but the dormer was still active, then the calculation continued to use the dormer values.
- The Count's display on the home page, which shows the projects of the past three months, has been fixed.
Improvements

- On the overview page of a project, it is now clear more quickly that there is a difference between a specialist partner and an end customer report, thanks to a new design.
- We have extended the thermal bridges and added different values for each construction age class.
- The favicon of our web application is now blue, so you can distinguish more quickly between our website and web application in the browser tabs.
- On the home page, you can now click on open projects and future installations directly from the list.
- Addition to the explanatory texts that a component (e.g. window or door) can also only be filled in by specifying the area and the corresponding U-value.
- When it comes to document types, we have expanded the selection to include operating instructions and hydraulic schemes.
- When entering the house data, we have added explanations to the heat pump information (including bivalence point, etc.) for all those who have not yet had any contact with this information.
