What is KfW funding 458?

KfW funding 458 is a government subsidy for heating replacement. The KfW subsidy is for the retrofitting of climate-friendly heating systems such as heat pumps in existing residential buildings. Up to 70 percent of eligible costs are reimbursed. For single-family homes, a maximum of 30,000 euros is eligible for funding.bis zu 80 Prozent der förderfähigen Kosten bezuschusst. Bei Einfamilienhäusern sind maximal 28.000 Euro förderfähig, wodurch ein Zuschuss von bis zu 22.400 Euro möglich ist.
