Apply for funding
The FörderHilfe manages the entire KfW application process for you. Certified energy consultants review all documentation, submit the application on your behalf, and handle all communication with the KfW until the grant approval is issued. Up to 70 percent of eligible costs are reimbursed, with a maximum of 30,000 euros for single-family homes.
Create energy performance certificate
Energy performance certificates are created directly in the software. Certified energy consultants calculate the energy performance indicators according to DIN V 18599 and the Building Energy Act, check plausibility, and issue the legally valid demand-based energy performance certificate. The certificates are valid for 10 years.
Submit grid connection application
The grid connection application automatically takes all technical data from the project. autarc submits the complete documents to the responsible grid operator. The current processing status can be viewed in the software at any time.
Arrange oil tank disposal
Oil tank disposal is commissioned directly from the heat pump project. The certified partner Öltank24 handles the dismantling, cleaning, and legally compliant disposal. All documentation is automatically stored in the project.
