Challenge
As a young company in the heat pump market, Aircona GmbH wanted to digitize its rapidly growing sales department — but many processes were still manual, error-prone and time-consuming. The heat load calculation took too long, the hydraulic adjustment was only carried out in method A and funding applications were compiled manually. Scalable growth was barely possible without digital support.
Solution
